At westbay boutique, our priority is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

However, we understand that occasionally it may be necessary to return an item. We have created the following policy to help guide this process:

For our b. design clothing line and avant garde, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

2. Be in the original packaging.
3. Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
